DELIVERY & RETURNS
Some of the JANET + GEORGE designer collections are bespoke. This means that JANET + GEORGE and the Designer don’t hold stock. Items ordered are on a Made to Order basis. This is truly a unique experience as that specif item you ordered is especially made for you.
Made to Order Items delivery times can vary between 2-4 weeks from order date. Please keep this in mind to avoid disappointment.
All orders are shipped from Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Next day delivery should be ordered before 13:00.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
• Royal Mail
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of the parcel. Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option are selected.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
What can be returned?
All products are returnable if the product is in the same condition as when purchased. This includes the product packaging.
When do items need to be returned by?
You must return the item within 30 days of receipt.
Where do items need to be returned to?
1. Please e-mail [email protected] to request a refund and we will send you a returns sheet and assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package the filled in returns sheet and the original receipt.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Shipping for returns
Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns, unless the item delivered is faulty.
Credit for returns
Your credit card or bank account will be refunded once the item is inspected and received.
If your item is in the same new condition as when purchased, you may exchange for a different size, colour or product.
Product packaging materials
The product’s packaging material must be in the same condition as when received.
